Default Hit The Bag!!
So i havent had a punching bag sense i was about 16. I have missed it. Anyway else enjoy hitting the bag?
My back muscles feel great right know. And my cardio isnt as bad as i thought it would be. did 5 3 minute rounds with 1 min rests. Then did my legs. I did 1 more round at the end which was a 5 minute rd.
Which this was actualy last night{Saturday} Today, Sunday i have been just hitting the bag off and on.

I like punching bags but I prefer someone holding pads.
