Default Kurt Angle in MMA?

He's mentioned on more than one occasion that he's thinking about stepping into the octagon.

I've gotta respect the capability of a medal winning olympic wrestler... but at 42 years old... I have my doubts. Sure, he can kick my ass, and he'll probably prove to be at least relevant in the octagon... but wow... 42?

I hope he does though... as I've said before, I'm a big fan of fighters with a wrestling background... and I'm also a fan of guys with his marquis value, coming to UFC. bringing more exposure, more fans and more $$$ to the PERFECT SPORT (I stole that catchphrase from bboz02, thanks dude).

I would have nothing but respect for him if he gave it a try. In fact, I think it does alot to raise the respect -o- meter for the sport of pro wrestling when their guys make the cross over to MMA. He doesn't even have to win, he could just show up, swing for the fences, leave it all in the cage and I would be a fan.

Basicly it shows he has heart. If he can get whomever hes fighting to the mat then its on.
Like i said though its just a question of his standup game to dteramine if he has all the tools. Maybe he will suprise us.
Hope to find out.

His stand up is not so much the question, it's his health. That guy has so much damage to his neck and back it's insane.
