Default how late is it to get into mma?

i'm 19, and fighting professionally really interests me. i've always got into fights, so thats the only experience i really have with it. with dedication, hard work, a class or two in various martial arts.. would 19 be too late?

"always getting into fights" is no experience at all.
and dont run before you can jump.
theres along old amature route you should try before you even think about professionally and certainly just a class or two wont cut it!

as for your age, of course its not too late.
i only wish i had got involved in mma as early as 19, (im 38 now, and yes still doing mma)

why would you wish to do a class in various martial arts? the whole idea of a mma class is that they will work on all the areas, thats why its called mixed, lol.
find a class that suits what you want to do.
if its fighting in the cage, then your looking for an mma class that will cover standup, clinch and groundwork.

get enrolled, show them what you think you got, and they will show you what you havent got...
have fun!

Default Dude, give it up... you're way too old...

A true MMA warrior started training as a fetus. There's just no substitute for training while submerged in amniotic fluid.

And, the MMA Elite start training as a sperm cell. The father makes his testicles battle it out with each other in little cage matches and large scale BraveHeart-like battles in the seminferous tubules.

lol...
No man, it's never too late to start in on martial arts. I'll admit that it makes me crazy jealous to see the 12 year old kids who're able to tie themselves in knots and leap six feet into the air.
