I get ya, Dave. It was just the elbows being tucked down I was reacting to.
I I understand she doing like a swing flip so the motion is confined to the hip extension with the arms just provding the flip. To each his own but I would use hip extension plus shrug and then the reverse to get the shoulders more mobile during the movement. That way also you train grip plus decelleration about the shoulders and the torso. More bang for the buck and more weight.

This has given me an idea of incorporating the Sots press with a dumbell. That should really be challenging and fun. That's why I participate in threads like this :)

just looked at that the I'm loving it. it also gives you a chance to do an overhead squat at the end. Got to look into how to do that in my routine.
