I will agree she is very impressive. Flips are not easy and she makes them look simple. Good stuff.

^^ sweet, nice find eric.

All of the movements i've seen so far look useful, but its tough trying to put together a program having never done this before. I find myself looking at it from a strength building standpoint, but I'm not sure if I should or not.

The great thing about KBs is that you can do both at the same time, conditioning and strength.

BTW, I don't think that girl is using proper form on the flips. I don't really know but that just doesn't look like it would be right to me. I've seen a couple more but the way she's tucking her elbows to her side and almost curling it up is prob incorrect.

I'm thinking the elbows you be high and the bell kept closer to the body...more an upper back thing when your throwing it up and the form closer to that of a clean or a snatch...

Otherwise that could result in some elbow problems I bet.

If you act sanctimonious I will just list out your logical fallacies until you get pissed off and spew blasphemous remarks.

The way she is doing it is comparable to someone doing parallel squats or 1/2 squats instead of ATG squats. It does look like she curls is a little at the end but that is to get the flip motion. The motion for the flip should be a swing with the arms bent a little and be inbetween a swing and a high pull.
Also, there are many ways to juggle a KB.
