Glad to see this get put in. The Snatch punch is one jewel I came across late night while I was at work trying to stay sane. I have some others I'll be adding, some already in my old journal.

I just got promoted at work and it's been a little crazy. Things have slowed down a little and I'm working on setting up another workout program. It's going to be a combination of linier 5x5, strength endurance and regular endurance work. The reason I'm thinking of doing linier 5x5 and not the DF 5x5 with the 3x3 intense phase is because I want a less intense strength workout and work on more endurance while maintaining strength with smaller gains. the DF 5x5 was burning me out too fast and I was having problems keeping up the enduranse work.

yeah i feel you. and then when you do heavy weight for so long when you try to do anything endurance you just dont have it. the first few reps or minutes of anything you do is strong and powerful bu then you wear out so quick. i feel you though. did you get promoted to a gs12 or 13. or are you on a different scale?

I'm still a gs 13, just get more responsibility, but in about a month I'll be taking a small test and then I get promoted to a gs 14 if I pass. it's kinda like opening the door way to a bigger promotion. I can't wait.
