So much harder then 5x5 lol. More then likely its because my muscle stam sucks ass haha. Well im off to work peace

what I would try and do, and have done, is if you want to cut some fat, gear your diet without considering BJJ training. So if a normal cut diet consists of 2500ish cal then eat that. Now, have a shake with a average amount of protein and a good amount of carbs for during your training sessions. This will be added to your cut diet for your training days and should only be taken on training days. If you start gaining weight cut down a little on the "training shake" carbs.

So read the cut stickies and make a diet based on that. Then add a shake to that diet for when you train.
Remember consistency is the key for knowing how your body responds to a diet.

ok

so i drink it as a water replacment or all at once during it or something? ill give it a shot. right now i been losing good amoutn fo wieght by doing 30-35min of cardio every day cut down to what normal people should eat and been bithcing weights for 2hours+ a day. I decreased my weight from when i did 5x5 and now i been doing 3x15. That shits alot harder... lol oh yeah forgot ot add i only take up to a minute between sets now so its more of an endurance thing.

No. The "training" shake, we'll just call it that, is to be taken throughout the training session. Just sip on it from start to finish. Like when your teacher gathers people to show a move, quickly grab the shake and take a couple of sips. Also drink water. If anything that is just as important.
