I would think that there would be a stipulation for strikes to the back of the head, but they never seem to address the fact that fighters continue to duck or turn in an attmept to avoid being hit, and end up catching a strike in the back of the head. I really hate that shit, you cant take points away for that.
I know its usually up to the descretion of the ref, but they never take that into account that i've seen.
