now you’re going to tell me that doing your workout and only taking in 10500 cals a week your not going to loose muscle?
Dave, this is not what I ment by this post at all. I know i'm going to lose muscle, and that shit sucks. this is far from an ideal situation, but I'm gonna do the best I can to lose as little as possible.

As for eating durring the breaks I was thinking the same thing. And i've tried in the past ... but we get a 10 min break, i barely have time to piss and chug down 3 scoops of xtend before I have to run back to my seat, trust me it sucks. and the worst part is after throwing back 24oz of water/xtend, i need to piss like 30min later, and i'm stuck in the court room for hours like that. Its even worse when i gotta shit, protien shits i dont think i could handle ... thats just disaster waiting to happen.

I havent lifted/ran in two weeks, i've been so exhausted from trial prep and the first week of trial. I will start again monday on an upper lower split, lifting 4 days a week.

its wierd, you would think with all this added stress, and the low calorie intake I would be starving at night, but its like i have to force myself to eat. its kinda bugging me out. I will attempt to up my cals next week, i'll add in extra cottage cheese/chick/tuna/ect when i can, but I'm gonna keep the carbs the same. the low carb count doesnt seem to be effecting me at all.
