Default About How Many Calories Should I Consume

Right now I am trying to get my body more ripped so I am eating 2400 or so calories a day of low fat and med carb foods with as much protein in the foods that I can squeeze in. My stomach still looks very wimpy and like jello even though I am 5'11 and weigh onlly 155lbs. I figure that if I keep my current workout program(so far lost 20 lbs on it) then I will turn the goo around my stomach into muscle. Should I try anything new or should I just keep at what I am doing? I have been on my program for about a year and besides my stomach the rest of my body is lean but muscular. I was thinking about increasing the amount of fat I intake so I can consume more red meats because currently I don't eat any but if I did I would eat more protein and less carbs so would this be a good idea??
