I agree with irondog. As long as you get your daily macros, timing isn't such an issue. That fast will hinder some progress but you can do it. Since you can't eat after 3am, you need to consume some very slow digesting protein to try and avoid catabolism. Casein protein, or cottage cheese, with some healthy fats in the meal will slow the digestion down even more. The BCAAs would only help if you drink them while you are fasting, which isn't possible.
