Exclamation advice on pre and post workout food/shakes

hi guys
i am new to the bodybuliding world, i have lost 8 stone (bout 120 pounds) last year, i have still go about 25 percent body fat on me atm i need to drop that down a lot, i train 5 days a week doing one major musle group at a time, i traing early in the mornings 3 days a week and 2 at about 3, i take whay proitein twice a day, can you guys give me advice on what to eat and what time to eat it when training early and in the afternoon please.

There is a sticky in the nutrition forum that addresses this specifically, I believe.
