Default Advice on Diet..What do you think of it?

Hi, im new to this forum. Ive been a fairly lean/skinny guy (im 21 and around 6'2 and 72 kg) most of my life and have recently started to bulk up. Ive calculated that the amount of calories that i need to gain weight is around 3775. The diet ive constructed would look something like this. I try to eat roughly the same amount of calories per meal.

Breakfast 7:00am
4 x slices of wholemeal bread
Yoghurt 175g
Fruit Juice 100 ml

8:00am - Hit the gym

10:00am - (post workout) - Protein Shake
I uses Horleys Awesome - Mass Anabolic Mass Building Formula
http://www.horleys.com/ViewProduct.aspx?id=13
I generally add an egg, and 3 tablespoons of yoghurt to each shake to increase the protein content

12:00pm - 12:30pm - Lunch
Baked Beans and a banana

2:00pm - 2:30pm
Second Protein Shake

4:00pm
Tuna on 3 slices of wholemeal bread

6:00pm - 6:30pm - Dinner
Vegetables, Meat, Milk to drink whatevers going but i always keep it to around 430 calories

8:30 - 9:30 - Snack
Pasta/spaghetti

so yeah im fairly new to this sort of thing so any help would be much appreciated.

i´ve not calculatet your nutrients exactly, but at first glance, it seems to me that your diet still does not contain enough calories. 3775 is maybe a little to much. i´d suggest you to eat about 3100-3200 calories a day at 72 kg bodyweight.
try to eat: 85-90g of fat
230-240g of protein
350-360g of cabs
your post-workout-shake sould contain as less fat as possible, preferably none, alongsides withe whey-protein and a fast carb, like dextrose or sugar
