oh ok. well when i was looking it up i was readin that it was good for you all in all, and fat loss just so happened to be included. after i started using it my grandmother told me when she was growing up a lot of hispanic women would pour vinegar all over a towel and rap it around their stomachs over night to get a smaller waist. she told me she didnt know it it works but hey, even if it doesnt help me drop a couple pounds at least its good for me.

and what is alcar?

Well, I've been using alcar for a few years, I cycle it on and off. It has a very positive effect on energy levels, its a wierd type of energy though, not jittery or nervous like stims, its more of natrual awake feeling. I've read that its suppose to aid in fat loss, it helps to release fat stores for energy. I've never used it alone for fat loss, but it definately helps for fasted cardio.

Yo, I just noticed your from philly, I used to live in north philly, 21st street, right off olney.

oh word. im from southwest, but i kwow that area a little. i think the area you are talking bout is a few blocks from broad street right?

and when i was reading up on the alcar it looks reall good, so good that i was thinking it may have been a stim or something. it seems as though it is already in your body though and it just adds to it. i think i will def look into it some more thoug. and honestly i dont think i want to much substances to help me lose fat. i think the best way is just to not be lazy and do what you got to do, but i am all for taking things that will help me be healthy hence the apple cider vinger stuff, and this alcar def looks good though. cause in a bout 2 more weeks i want to get into pulling a power sled. dont wnat to do the treadmill, all it is, is cardio but everything i do i want it to add to strength, so i will be sprint, and sled pulling my life away.

yeah its right off broad street, thats whats up.

Yeah, you definately dont want to use to many things to help lose fat. Especially since most people use shit like that as a crutch, then as soon as they stop using it, they put all the fat back on. Your headed in the right direction, keep it up.
