ok well im hungry right now and i need to know if it would be ok to eat this?
BAKED BEANS here are the stats

CALs 159 CALs from fat 10
CALs from saturated fat 0
total fat 1g
sat. fat 0g
trans fat 0g
polyunsaturated fat 0g
monosaturated fat 0g
cholesterol 0g
sodium 620 mg
potasium 190mg
total carbohydrat 29g
dietary fiber 4g
sugars 13g
protien 6g
but im eat 3 and a half servings so multiply all of that by three so do u think i should because i havent really ate today because i was in to much of hurry to get to school and theyre lunches are horrible so wat u guys think

the sodium is very high but if you were to eat this before a workout I would say do it.. and add some chicken or beef, lean of cource

With all the pushing and grunting and exertion thoughout the workout...maybe 2 cans of beans isn't good for anyone :eek:
