Well i been reading a lot and really serious bout body building, but needed to lose some pounds, but most importantly I personally wanted to see if I ever do get big enough to do shows or things of that nature, I wanna know I can cut when needed.
As a test I was going to do this for 10-12 weeks depending on how it felt...
I also am playing MINOR LEAGUE FOOTBALL for a team here in MN, so I wanted to get some weight down before our next practice...
so enuff yappin heres my plan
I do a card cycle for the cutting cycle, basically Mon thru Sun I have 2 workout days Im off, so those are my no carb days, I have 3 low carb, and and 2 high carb workout and meal days...
carb sources are rice, veggies, oats, grits
No carb day looks like this..
meal 1 - 8am morning: 3-4 egg whites, 1 yolk
1 40g protien shake
meal 2 - 10am: 2 chicken breast, couple veggies...
1 40g protien shake
meal3 - 12ishpm: lean cut of steak 4-5 oz, and 1 chicken breast
PWO:
1 more meal bout an hr before: 1 chickn breast, with some supplements, and a protien shake, 60g
AfterWO: protien shake 60 grams
meal 4: like meal 3
before bed: protien shake 20g...i know i know its whey it should be casein

same meal plan but 3-4 of the meals loaded with carbs... i have bout 2 servings of grits which is bout 60 grams of carbs with wheat bread
then in every meal i add some brown rice, bout 1 1/2 cups and alot more veggis...

same meals, but i have only 2 of the meals with carbs
so i dont know if this terrible, close to the right track, so lemme know how this is looking...
I started this at about 237 lbs started on Monday 9th...
I weighed myself on saturday i was 232
I also kicked up the cardio ecspecially cuz the combine for the football team was this past sat so I had to get my wind right...
so please let me know how i can help this program..
