Talking Banana's

I ran into an old colleague of mine the other day, and since he is a powerlifter (he went to whales as member of the dutch national team and participated in the EC), i thought it would be a good person to ask for some info.

Then he gave me some info. I was almost as shocked as the first time i found out this "little" guy (that weighs less then 150 lbs.) does a 220kg (=484 lbs.) benchpress, when he told me that i should eat 5 pounds of banana's (?!?) and 2,5 pint of cottage cheese on daily bases (?!?) [ alongside with some other tips like basically just eating more, adding lots of oatmeal to my breakfast, eating as much meat, warm meals as possible and so on..].

The thing is this guy is like 5 foot tall, weighs a bit less then 150 lbs, doesn't take supplements, doesn't use any kind of AAS...

..and for a guy his height/weight he has a very dry, muscular body with no fat whatsoever, by just lifting and eating (inhumanly-) much. (he used to be skinny as hell when he was young)

And did i mention he does a benchpress more then 3 times his own weight?!?!

As I said, it's an old colleague of mine; I have actually seen this guy come to work at 9 in the morning and eat like 12 sandwiches and 12 banana's before 1pm!

I wonder if these are the exceptional creatures of mother nature.. or can any one make this strength and optical transformation take place with the right motivaton?

Maybe it's all just a combination of consistency and lots of banana's... :
