How do i get more Vascular. I want my skin to be thinner. Please Help.

you cant, you just need to loose BF% (eat less cals and run more) and the veins will show.

i thought this had something to do with the amount of sodium in your body or something like that? well i just rememebr from watching this show a long time ago. im gonan have to look this up. you guys have me searching the net all day for stuff like this lol

aight ill go through some a little bit. and advice to capone, i dont think you would want your skin to be thinner. if you work hard and keep yoru diet right you should be cool. im 285 and i see veins in my hands and a few on my arms. so if my big ass can see some im pretty sure you can do it, because i havent even been in the gym 3 weeks straight for who knows how long

just looked it up on google. form what i read everybody here is right. the only thing i see different is some bodybuilders drinking wine before a contest. or doing whatever to lower the water in there body. but everybody here gave you great advice..........take it and run

Vascularity is simply a factor of BF and genetics. Some people, even at lower BF still have minimal vascularity. Whereas, some people have vasularity in a moderate BF range. It all depends on where you personally fall.

The red wine thing isn't a *great* tactic. It does give some people a touch more vascularity, but it's not going to instantly give you visible veins.

Some people even take something like NoXplode, since that dilates the blood vessels.
