I know it hinders muscle growth, but somehow it never really stopped me totally.

But I don't really drink enough consistenly anymore to really hurt anything.

I like taking care of my body and stuff, but the "angel has horns" sometimes.

i gave up drinking for the most part. I seem to get better results with out it lol.

in otherwords drink vodka and whiskey takes less to get you more messed up maybe its not as bad for u lol. I dont drink much anymore though so i wouldnt know.

Bacardi and coke zero!!! But seriously, I like beer aas much as the next guy, but are there things we can do to help our bodies on drinking nights? I've always tried to drink a glass of water for every couple beers which helps prevent dehydation and next day hangovers. Anyone else have any ideas?

I drink Anabolic Beer (ie. Boiler Makers)...it raises test! (patent pending)

I plan on doing some field tests tonight when I head to the bar to watch the UFC ppv. I'll report back my findings
