This is a great list Anuj, gonna have to get me some apples and apricots!

Kinda funny how we spend so much money and time making/selling/buying supplements... and yet we've got all this good stuff growing anyway.

That said, if we're talking nutritious stuff, check this out:

good list...nice info.

my parent's have a huge boner for kashi stuff...they eat it all the time...waffles, cereal, and the granola bars...

Haha, I think Kashi is beginning to be like a cult or something. I know some people who eat nothing else and mostly people who don't even know what it is. It is damn healthy, though.
