good stuff dave. I also liked burn the fat, feed the muscle.
Other things associated with bodybuilding, Id say, are mental book, motivational style. Setting goals, possitive thinking /affirmation. In workouts ive seen coleman go "too light, too light" throwing up weight. If you think you can do it, you will, think you cant, you wont. I like old school sales style like Zig Ziggler, Robbins, and Thomas Stanley. Tom Venuto has one out more tailored to Working out. There is a lot of free info at his site too, fitren.com.
