Default cutting diet

I am trying to cut down to 7% but I have not done a cutting diet before and wondered what you thought of my cutting diet. I eat atleast 180g of protein each day and I eat 2400 calories.

Age: 19
Height: 6 foot
Weight: 220lbs
Body Fat%: 12

08:30 L-Glutamine
08:45 40 minutes jogging
09:30 whey in water + fruit
10:00 oats in semi-skimmed milk + nuts
12:00 tuna + salad + brown bread + eggs
13:30 weight train
16:00 whey in water
18:00 pork chops + vedge
20:30 brown rice + peanut butter + mackerel
23:00 cottage cheese

Any advice on my diet?

Few things....If you want to get down to 7%, then I would cut out the protein shakes ( insert real food) cut out the diary product...milk (dosen't matter that is skimmed) and cottage cheese. Also peanut butter and nuts have alot of fat- even thou it's good fat, it's still fat.

basic's
chicken (lots)
egg whites
tuna, cod,(can't think of more white fish right now, but fish is good)

rice
potatoe
oatmeal,sheaded wheat

WATER

Vegtables

I've never been that low, but I would suspect to get there you would want all your carbs to be low GI. I would drop the fruit, and any other excess sugar sources (the milk must go like talo said).
