How many guys have pick up this book. How would you rate it and did the diet plan work. Im not sure how high fat and no carbs would fair for getting super lean. Was it worth it

What does everyone think. Thanks

You mentioned high fat and no carbs so I'm thinking this book is a type of CKD diet, we should still have a CKD diet manuel laying around here somewhere...

EDIT:link to CKD manual-http://www.bodybuilding.net/weightloss-articles/mr-x-ckd-manual-1135.html?highlight=Mr.x

I recommend spending $20 on UD2.0 by Lyle MacDonald. He addresses the diet you were inquiring about. I also have a journal from when I did the UD.

What about powerlifting like you pm'ed me about??

Body Opus is Dan Duchaine.

I have read it and followed it for about 3 weeks but for my bodyweight the carb loadings were too much I was sick as a dog after my first one and could barely get it all in.

This is not an Atkins diet, though it does use Ketosis phases, it is a really good read and goes into everything in great detail.

Plus I like Dan's style he has no hype, no BS, he's not selling anything and he done it all - he experimented on himself and understands the drugs, etc too.

I got it for my roommate last year and before handing it off I did a little reading on it and it is a very good read. My roommate quickly implemented it and had some real good results from it.

Body Opus is the back bone from which Lyle Mcdonald fashioned the UD2.

and just so ya'll know, the UD2 is now 40 bones ... unless you go order from amazon its like 32 or something.
