Hello, first of all I don't like eating a lot, I normally eat like 4 times a day, but if I am building mass I eat 5-6 times a day and eat like 3500 calories then. The problem is that my normally weight is like 80-82kg, i can reach 86-88kg after month of "diet" or two, but if I didnt eat much for few days,(3-7days) I lose 3-5kg. (for example if I sick and lose my apetite, eating 3 meals a day, or if I am often not at home, when i can't eat 5 meals) is that normal? what should I do to make my weight become stable? I don't want to lose weight so fast. It happened often.
