hey guys, lately my college life has become much more social than i would have planned, ie, i am out drinking 3 nights a week, usually about 7 beers a night...obviously i know this is bad in terms of fat storage, however i have also read that alcohol hurts muscle growth. due to the fact that i am 215lbs, i do not reach the point of total intoxication from this amount of alcohol, i still eat before i go to bed and eat the next day just fine, however i am wondering how much is too much in terms of directly effecting muscle growth, hangovers do not seem to be a problem so my performance in the gym is not hindered. Is there any way to know how many shots i should be looking at before it starts to hurt muscle growth? thanks
