Default Breakfast

For my breakfast i make my own smoothie which consists of:
-3 ice cubes
-2% fat free milk
-1 cup of honey brunces of oats cereal
-1 banana
-1 cup of strawberries
-6 spoons of oats
-1 cup of Activia vanilla yogurt

I would like to know if this is a good and healthy breakfast or if any of you have any better ideas or suggestions. I want to get cut, strong and feel it.

We bodybuilders eat a lot, because we train heavily. The carbs and protein first thing in the morning are great, since your body is starving while you sleep, basically killing off muscle. carbs and protein in the morning stop the killing of muscle (catabolism)
