Breakfast?
Hello everyone im new to this site, just want to ask a question.
what does your breakfast consist of in the morning when you wake? mines is scrambled egg whites and a cup of oatmeal or an grapfruit and peanutbutter toast, i just want to see what everyone is eating, recipes would be awesome too!
And also, has anyone ever tried mixing protien powder with homemade pancake mix? on this other site this person said it tasted great, in general just looking for some new things to eat when i wake. thanks in advance!

My breakfast is 4 large eggs, 1 scoop of whey, 40g of oats, and a multivitamin.
Gravon, that's an alright breakfast but where is the protein?

Breakfast is important for health. My breakfast is simple. It consists of egg, bread, and a glass of fruit juice. I also like to eat healthy snacks in my breakfast.

I used to make a shake: oatmeal, low fat yoplait yogurt, skim milk, orange juice, protein powder. Actually tasted good as long as the yogurt, orange juice, and protein powder were complementing flavors.

Whole grains like
Rolls, bagels, cereals, low fat bran muffins, crackers, or Melba toast. Low fat protein such as peanut butter, lean meat, poultry or fish, or boiled eggs. Dairy like milk, yogurt and low-fat cheeses, such as cottage and natural cheeses. This breakfast will provide you complex carbohydrates, fiber, protein and a small amount of fat.

It depends on what I'm trying to accomplish. Right now I'm trying to cut some weight, so I cut all the carbs out of my diet. My breakfast now consists of a casein protein drink (casein because I am essentially doing a keto type of diet, and whey has been known to knock people out of ketosis), 4 large egg whites, and some cheese. I only drink water.
Under normal circumstances, I take whey protein, liquid egg whites, and oatmeal, throw it in the blender with water, and that's my breakfast.

Currently trying to cut. So I eat a bowl of oatmeal with a little low fat milk (1%). I wait about an hour and then have another bowl with a little milk. After about another hour I have a scoop of regular protein.
That usually get me through till lunch.
