try a Meal Replacement thats high in fiber. or mix ur own with an isolate protein, a banana (simple carb since ur working out shortly) and some yogurt (another carb) and try and add a fiber supplement to it

I like to eat oats and train early too. I also like to take creatine.

This is my breakfast. Great energy + creatine easily added + quick:

8 oz. Vitamin D Milk

1/2 Packet of Oats (approx 20g)

1 Scoop Protein Powder (approx 40g)

5 g Flavorless Creatine Monohydrate Powder

I use a 'Magic Bullet' blender, takes about 45 seconds to make.

I eat an oat meal(50g) with honey before training. This is probably not a very good meal before a training, but i can't eat too much or else i may get sick.

What would you recommend for me to eat before and after the workout?

Thanks.

Best Regards.
Hey guy you eat 6 times a day and if your stomach digest these all mealing's than that's good and you should have some kind of milk or juices after workout..... I think this will help you.......

Default breakfast

Gona share with you guys a great recipe for breakfast.

4 egg whites (natural not fried or cooked) and 1 all egg (5 eggs total)
50 Gr of oats
bit of onion for a better flavor
just a little bit of salt

There you have a nice omelet.
You can also add some tuna, for more protein.

But after this i also eat 1 or 2 coated cheese + 1 protein shake and a multi-vitamins

I prefer in the morning, i can have the gym almost for my self, i can do supersets, intensive training and not to have to wait for someone, it's great.

Beside you wake up fresh, full of energy not stressed out from work, it's simply the best.
The downside is that i don't have a training partner and my first meal must be very light and short so that i don't get sick on the gym.

But after workout, i eat normally some carbs to recover energy and protein for muscle and BCAA'S of course.

I can honestly say that i eat 2 breakfast's ehehe.
