Default protein shake

If this has been asked before then I'm sorry in advance. Is it ok to mix my whey protein/glycomaze shake in the morning and keep it in the fridge untill after my workout? I would be drinking it around 4:30 pm. Thanks

shouldn't be a problem. like all shakes settling may occur so you will want to shake it or mix it briefly after it sits.

This is totally fine, it's not going to effect the quality at all of the protein, don't worry about it.

Why don't you just add water after the workout?

It's fine, but you may want to consider adding lowfat milk to it. You can visit this article to see why: Post Workout

Protein is best for energy and it is the need of our daily life. SI it is good to drink protein shake daily because it contains lot of protein which is good for energy and strength. Bodybuilders drink it daily.

Also, make sure that you don't put creatine in that shake. Creatine will break down in liquid over a certain period of time and will be rendered useless in the body.
