Default Meal timing?

How do you all stay on top of eating times? I set five alarms on my phone after my first meal, each 3 hours apart. Each alarm tone is set to ring differently than my regular ringtone, so I don't have to check my phone every time. It is pretty funny, I can sort of estimate time, judging by how hungry I am getting!

I just look at my clock. I eat every now and then. It's pretty basic.

I am pretty much constantly eating...although at work i eat before, at first break 2.5 hrs in, then lunch 1.75 hrs later, second break 1.5 hrs later, then at home for the rest of the night I constantly am munching on something! Only now, thanks to many threads in these forums, my munching consists of healthier items...no longer a bag or more of chex mix a night! ugh...the thought...

sorry i can't provide better answers!

Setting an alarm is a great idea, I wish I had more time at work to eat though. I used to be on point, every 3hrs, but new job new b.s. so that is all changed now.

That sucks. Tell 'em you have a condition, and have to eat every 3 hrs, or you'll die, haha

Generally every 2-3 hours to keep things going. No real set in stone times though.

I have a question: do you eat the same amount (in terms of cals., fats/prot/carbs) on rest days, as you do WO days?

For myself not much changes diet wise from on to off days. I have everything planned out in advance and in an attempt to keep things simple I keep it pretty much stable with few (if any) changes from day to day.

Hope it helps.
