Burning Fat/Building Muscle?!
I'm dedicated to trying to gain muscle size while losing fat. I've read so many forums saying its not really possible, then i'll come across an article debunking that myth. I'm 6'0 215 bf% somewhere between 17-22.
I know drastic calorie reduction will hurt my growth, but if I keep a small deficit like 500 calories a day (pound of fat a week) while keeping a high protein amount, won't that allow me to reach my goal. I became a slave to high intensity weight lifting and I can't bare the fact of not gaining muscle size. At the same time I need to lose this fat thats covering it up. I do not want to go through cycles of bulking and gaining any more fat, and i need this fat gone. Tired of this gut.
If anyone could give me there educated advice I'd greatly appreciate. I'm taking 2222 amino tabs, whey protein, creating, and nano vapor currently. I try to space out my meals and eat very well. Boneless skinless chicken breasts and vegetables is my usual dinner.

I'll address this part.
The amino 2222 tabs are whey concentrate stuffed into a pill. The amino acid profile of the protein is on the side of the container. Don't buy those unless you want to pay $35 for 100g of protein again.
Break down your diet. What are you eating and when. What is your macronutrient ratio?

Thats such a scam on those 2222 tabs. I feel bad because i was sold on them by a gnc worker and then i sold it onto a friend who bought some. Live and learn...
Every mourning I have a protein shake with some carbs and I try to have a little fat. ie..today was 1 1/2 scoops protein, 2 waffles (no syrup) and i put my natural choice butter on one of the waffles just for the monounsaturated fat and for the omega it has in it. I try to constantly eat every 2-3 hours to keep my metabolism going but sometimes life gets in my way and its back to 3 meals a day with protein as my "middle" meals.
I haven't broken down exactly the percent ratios of my intake, i just try to accurately do it at each meal. My biggest concern is keeping my protein level high for my intense work outs while keeping my fat and carb at a reasonable level. If anything my carb and fat would be low before its high.
I'm really good with not cheating, its just how my budget is that determines my meals. Usually a chicken breast and some vergetables are my dinner. Sometimes i'll have a small amount of mashed potatoes if i'm feeling my carbs are low.
I'm at the gym 6 days a week (yes i know sounds like overtraining) 2 of those days i do cardio and small weight lifting(high intensity but less exercises and sets). 4 days are intense weight lifting.

Well, you'll need to be getting in a lot of protein. At least 300g/day if possible. Eat protein at EVERY meal.
Read the stickies in the fatloss forum...specifically the "How to cut" sticky. And read the stickies in the nutrition forum after that.

Wow yeah i'm def. not getting 300g of protein. I heard in many articles that huge amounts were not needed(like .5 per pound) while some say 1-2g per pound. My lean mass is around 170(i believe) so yea thats almost double. Its so hard getting that much, especially without overloading calories, i would be so stuffed with all the food and shakes i'd have to eat. I'm probably getting around an average of 150 a day. Some days up in the 200's.

Please tell me you're being sarcastic.
It's too much calorie excess that makes fat deposits. No matter where it comes from.
