Default Caffeine

Hey,
I just wanted to know how caffeine affects your metabolism. ive always thought that it slows your metabolism, but a mate of mine recently said that it does the opposite?

If you take too much, then you'd be correct. If you use it sparingly, your friend would be correct.

I think it's fine in moderation. Caffiene has more use for cutting, IMO.
(EC Stacking, etc). In large amounts, it tends to reduce insulin sensetivity. So if you were bulking, you wouldn't want to take it near your PWO when you're trying to increase carb uptake.....
