I used to know where this information was. It was in someone's journal but now I'm unable to find it. I'm building a diet and I need to know what is the calorie value of:
1g of carbs (4cal?)
1g of protein (4cal?)
1g of fat (7cal?)
Those are what I thought I remembered but if someone could confirm then that'd be great.
