Default Calories...need number.

Im 6'2'' about 265.

For the longest time ive been a heavyweight wrestler at the D1 level. So ive never watched what I ate in the terms of Calories I just lifted my face off and ate reasonable to keep my weight up.

Now that im out of that im looking to get a soild number of calories I should take in too both build muscle and burn the fat. I try to work out twice a day...Once in the morning I do alot of mma related tranining kickboxing cardio just getting a good sweat going. Then I have a workout plan that has me 3 ON 1 OFF 3 ON then either 1 or 2 OFF. The workout plan is intense so im sure I burn alot of calories but i really dont know the number I burn.

So hopefully someone can point me out a number to shoot for currently I eat.

Breakfast:
Bowl of Oatmeal
-am workout-
1 or 2 eggs

lunch:
usually a bowl of oatmeal and egg or some chicken with pasta whatever im in the mood for

then I have one protein/createin shake pre and post workout

Dinner:
1 chicken brest
1 cup of pasta

Now i really just started this I havent added up the calories yet but I think in general this might be good for what i am looking for to build muscle/burn fat
