hahah My roomate actually wanted to do the egg and tuna thing last night. I told him that my stomach definately couldn't handle it, so we did some egg salad on whole wheat toast ... dam good.
I'm a big fan of tuna steaks as well, either frozen or in the pouch. I also like to add wasabi, or horse radish to the tuna for extra kick ... if its hot it doesnt taste so bad hahaha. |
i just dont drain it real well, it tastes better when its a little wet. also, isn't anyone worried about mercury? ive heard tuna has a bunch.

i guess mercury isn't a huge deal unless you're eating like 12 cans a day.

with enough mercury in your diet, you will eventually mutate and become super human ... I'm hoping for healing abilities like wolverine.
|
i'm hoping for some boobs like storms.

Hey Guys!!! Its been a while since I've been on. For tuna I add some yellow mustard. It drowns out most of the fishy taste which is a positive when I was downing 3-4 cans a day.
Albacore has the higher mercury content. I think pretty much all fish has mercury in it. |

I mix together some frozen mixed veggies I mircrowave, some white/brown rice, 1 can of tuna, some black beans, garlic salt, Extra virgin olive oil, pepper, garlic croûtons and maybe some hot sauce. Its pretty good.

I'm with everyone who doesn't eat much tuna anymore. Tuna is easy when you're first starting out trying to get lots of protein, but after you get better at finding other protein sources, tuna gets old.
I used to add lemon juice and pepper to spice it up a bit. |
