I mix together some frozen mixed veggies I mircrowave, some white/brown rice, 1 can of tuna, some black beans, garlic salt, Extra virgin olive oil, pepper, garlic croûtons and maybe some hot sauce. Its pretty good.

I'm with everyone who doesn't eat much tuna anymore. Tuna is easy when you're first starting out trying to get lots of protein, but after you get better at finding other protein sources, tuna gets old.

I used to add lemon juice and pepper to spice it up a bit.

I bought some lemon pepper stuff and I just sprinkle my tuna with that and eat it straight. In fact, that is what I'm having for lunch today. Lemon tends to get rid of the "fishy" taste. Oh, and buy in bags if you have a choice.

Not sure about a price difference. I know that I can typically find the bag tuna (smaller packages, 3oz) for anywhere from $.49-$.79 Which is pretty economical.

Is the bagged stuff frozen or what? I've never really looked for it before.

Basically same as in the can sans the extra water. I take them to work with me frequently. They should be right next to the canned stuff in the store.
