Well said.

I bought some lemon pepper stuff and I just sprinkle my tuna with that and eat it straight. In fact, that is what I'm having for lunch today. Lemon tends to get rid of the "fishy" taste. Oh, and buy in bags if you have a choice.

Not sure about a price difference. I know that I can typically find the bag tuna (smaller packages, 3oz) for anywhere from $.49-$.79 Which is pretty economical.

Is the bagged stuff frozen or what? I've never really looked for it before.

Basically same as in the can sans the extra water. I take them to work with me frequently. They should be right next to the canned stuff in the store.

I'm about to try that in 10 mins.

TIP: Dont drain the Tuna can, less protein when its drained. Some people dont realise that.

Default Tuna

One of the nicest ways we eat tuna is making it into a tuna and sweetcorn pasta bake.
Pre cook some wholewheat pasta then drain it and stick it in an oven dish. Add a couple of tins of tuna, some sweetcorn niblets, some sliced red onions, plenty of black pepper, a tin of chopped tomatoes mix it all up and grate a little cheese over the top and then bake in the oven.
Tastes lovely and the kids eat it too........
