Default canned tuna.

what do you guys do with it to make it not suck?

i've always used mayo...and sometimes chunks of celery...but...second to last meal today is going to be tuna...and there will be no carbs...

i ate so much tuna in the last year....i'm just damn sick of it...need something new for it so i don't have to choke it down

I add mirical whip - very low in carbs and calories. Sometimes I make tuna paddies , just mix and fry on both sides for couple minutes. Add cheese if you want.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil Just so it doesn't stick.

I mix in a little bit of garlic powder, basil, and cheese right in it. Sometimes I'll heat the whole thing up.

I also mixed it with some spinach dip, and ate it with whole grain crackers the other day, that wasnt bad.

Oh hot sauce is good from time to time as well.

Have you tried mixing in an egg (or 2 or 3) and making a type of omelet? It's done with ham and chicken, so why not tuna? I want to do that soon. Otherwise, I normally just eat it straight out of the can. Or, I'll throw a can in my protein shake. JK about that last part.
