So I have stalled during my recent cutting session and am looking for every possible way to cut calories while sparring my muscle mass. Usually I take around 100 grams of simple carbs coming from dextrose in my PWO shakes to get a 2:1 carb/protein ratio. I maintain this PWO shake no matter if I am cutting or bulking. I was wondering if you guys would recommend cutting back on the dextrose while on a cut and if so, to what ratio? (1:1, etc)
Or should I just keep the same amount of dextrose in my PWO shake to make sure I replenish my glycogen levels.
