Default Your favorite snacks?

i was just curious to see what some of you guys eat between meals to keep u from pigging on out crap food. If i get really damn hungry i been grabbing apples mostly which hold me off for like 2 hours which is amazing. But another thing ive come to like alot is baby carrots they are pretty filling and not high in calories or fat or anything which is nice.

Anyways if you guys can contirbute to good low fat/calorie fruits and veggies that taste good and are actually good for me please add them i wanna change it up.

celery, green/red peppers, sometimes i would use some dressing or something. but right now, running a modified ckd I snack on almonds, cashews, beef jerkey from time to time, and on occation some cheddar cheese (not very often).

If I 'snack' it's usually something with pretty little caloric value. Lettuce and celery are two of the main things. Ultra watery veggies.

Join us over here on the dark side. We're having lots of fun. Or at least try some mustard greens or something
