Probably not a great idea. You might end up taking in a 2500 extra calories or something and that wouldn't be good. Especially if you're doing it every 7 days or so. Just try to keep it to a minimum. If you do it every once in a while, it's not going to turn you into Fat Albert. You might consider eating junk one day a week, but limit the number of total calories. You can still eat unhealthy stuff all day that and keep it until 4,000 cals. Just use your common sense and be mindful of what you're eating and you'll be fine.
