Default Chicken or turkey?

Quick question (and probably dumb). When Dieting can you substitute deli chicken breast or turkey breast with actual chicken breast? I know this sounds stupid however Im trying to find ways to save time. ...

Thanks for your help

deli meat is loaded with sodium, but I am pretty sure a turkey sandwich won't kill your gains. So, I recommend that you don't eliminate the "real" chicken from your diet, but if you need a change once in a while, the deli meat is okay.

Ok, I'm dumb. If wrote what you meant, then actual chicken is definitely okay.

I prefer venison over beef...but that's because it only costs me a bullet and a bunch of bloody work. It's healthier too...

I hear ya...mahi is good stuff. I still have a little king mackarel left in the freezer. I think I might get to go off shore over spring break.
