I am 18 years old 6'2 and did weigh 310 but been on the diet for a month and 3 weeks and lost total of 22 pounds brining me to 288. i been on a 1200-1500 with day activities such as school then work sometimes and moderate working out! im cool with my calorie intake and feel alriright with it but people said to do 3000 calories cause of my size or ill get loose skin??? is this right or am i good where am at?
you have to lose weight slowly and never have hurry, or be hurry, or whatever... , although it is nearly impossible.
It depends on your genetic too. might help free and free of moisturizing cream. hahaha
