all i have to say on this is different things work for different people its just like suplements if something works for taurus its not nessarly going to work for everyone else, if that method has worked for him in the past then dont make fun of him for it were all freinds here or at least i hope

Is that the same book that said that people drinking milk was unnatural because humans are the only species that, not only drink milk after infancy, but are the only ones that drink milk from other species?

However, I do agree with the theory of not mixing carbs & protein because of the digestive processes. Believe it or not, Suzanne Sommers made a killing infomercializing and selling just such a diet.

What I really didn't like about "Fit for Life" was that it was totally against any kind of dairy. (At least from what I remember--I think I looked thru it about 15 yrs ago)
