Well today I am really going absolutely all out. I posted some in my journal what I have had so far and what I continue to plan on having. I am full constantly basically but keep stuffing myself. What foods are there that have a lot of calories but are still in your clean bulk diet? It seems everthing I eat is healthy, therefore has few calories, therefore I am stuffed by the time I try and eat more.

You can reply here the journal I began in that section.
