Its more of a carb source than protein. It only has 6 grams of protein per serving as compared to the 36 grams of carbs, so it isn't anything I would want to be relying on for protein. If you are going to eat it in a meal make sure you include a main protein source with it just like you are doing with your fish.

Depending on your goals (fatloss, bulking, etc) I would be a little hesitant to eat it alone as a snack as its mainly a carb source. I would also make sure you have a main protein source in each of your meals as some of them appear to be lacking as far as protein is concerned.
