Default Creatine my aunt gave me for xmas.

So my aunt gave me some creatine in pill form for xmas and i just wanted some opinions on it. Its Anabol Naturals Creatine 500 mg.
Today will be the first day i use it.
Anyone else ever use this form of creatine?

ya my aunt is alright. She works at a herb shop and gets stuff at a discount.
My other aunt Jodi is the real cool one. She is a nurse practioner. Basicly a docter.
Anyways Thanks Ross. I used it but i didnt feel like i did when i was using the creatine by body fortress. But this will work till i run out and get some more of the other.

It's not something that you'll feel working. Unless you've been supplementing with creatine recently, you probably won't be able to tell a difference in performance for a few days. Creatine is creatine. There shouldn't be much difference between brands unless their product isn't what they say it is or the quality has been compromised.

my friend told Creatine are bad for you because once you start taking them for a while ur body will adapt to them and after you stop taking them your' body won't make Creatine as much as it use to.

Does your old stuff have caffeine in it? That might be the "feeling".

It has taurine. One of those NO-Xplod style creatines. That's what you felt, has nothing to do with the effectiveness of the creatine unfortunately.
