You grow out of the gym, and in eating a meal like that once or twice a week isn't gunna kill you. I'm only about 6' and i weight 230 right now and am bulking. I won't stop until im closer to 250. But like I said it's mainly a clean bulk with a "cheat" meal if that's what you want to call it thrown in there every now and then because you need the calories to grow. Gaining fat is just part of the game bro.

You don't have to gain much fat. You should be able to maintain your same bodyfat % and gain. The idea that you HAVE to eat crap is ridiculous. I've dieted and eaten completely clean for weeks on end and other guys on the board have also. You can eat healthy foods and have a large caloric intake at the same time. Gaining fat is part of the game if you're not disciplined enough to eat clean or be very strict with your diet.

When I said have to, I meant more than likely there will be times when the schedule isn't working out perfect and you have to go through a mcdonalds or a BK to get the calories you need, I guess I'm also still in the powerlifter mode as that's what I've done my whole life so of course the fast food wasn't a big deal at all at that point in time lol :biglaugh:

^^ Cool. I have recently transitioned to powerlifter mode. My fat is getting stronger every week. :D Eating completely clean got old...it's great for a lot of people though.

Haha yea I have been doing that since I was about 15, just always been around it I guess. So I really wanna give body building a shot, I just think it'll be a really big challenge . . Mainly the diet change being the really big challenge lol

ROTEL DICED TOMATOES w/ GREEN CHILIES

It's sold in the ethnic isle, usually right beside the refried beans and such.

It's about 70 cents a can and is available in mild, spicy and a couple others. IT'S F'n DELICIOUS ON EVERYTHING!

I open the can, use the lid to press into the can and drain all the water out. Then dump the whole can on a piece of chicken, salmon, bunch o' shrimp, hell, just about anything. It's got a nice kick to it, it has no sugar added to it... and it's cheap.

A whole can only has 50 calories and 10 carbs.
