Default Cutting Program

What's a good cutting/diet program for a 15 year old? Should I eat by suggested servings/ or eat and stop eating before I feel that fullness. By eating 6-8 small meals a day, Can a protein shake, count as a meal?
See I want to get shredded, but I want enought nutrients going to my muscles so that they don't shrink. Is taking BCAA and amino acids etc, help me out?

Thankyou

have you read the stickies?

Yes, a protein shake counts as a meal. You may also want to throw on a side item such as some fruits, veggies, low fat yogurt/cottage cheese, maybe even some oats before a workout. For your goals, make sure you mix it with water instead of milk. Aminos help no matter what program your on.

Real quickly..

At 15, I'm assuming you're not a very muscular person seeing as you are so young. So don't worry about shrinking... Also, in order to look "good" shredded, you DO need a fair amount of muscle mass to showcase. Keep that in mind!

A lot of people want to be shredded like the guys on a Men's Health cover. The problem is that if they start aggressively dieting down, and don't have very much muscle, a few things will happen... They will lose the little muscle they had, and end up looking like Lance Armstrong.. Seriously.

Perfect answer, IMO at your age theres no way you have enough muscle to diet down to the look you probably want...bulk up first then cut it down later on

Unless your are severely over wieght you really shouldnt be 'cutting' at this point broly. Also, you need to understand that the more muscle you have, the better your going to look. If you diet down and have little muscle mass you'll end up looking anorexic.

Take a few months and pack on some serious mass young buck.

Also, i read a few of your other posts. You ask about muscle tech supps. to gain str but you also ask about cutting supps at the same time. I think you need to clear your mind, read the forums (including ALL stickies), make a plan, post it up and let it get critiqued so you see the best results for your goals.

Height-5'6 1/2
Weight-155
BF-25
Shredded the good ol' six pack, I was cutting during the summer and weighed about 140, I did cardio, while I lifted, my stomach started to forum a muscle that were visble. Started eating a crap load from September till now and I now weigh about 155. And no its all muscle. I gained a gut, but its not like the Fat Bastard from Austin Powers. The reason why I started to eat a lot was because I thought I got lack of nutrient and I wouldn't grow to my potential height. My mom's 5'3 and dad is 5'9. I think a bad habit for me is my eyes are larger than my stomach, I need to fix that. I am currently taking no-xplode/cell mass, kre-alkyn, animal paks, cell tech and protein. I workout 5 days a week. Haven't started doing cardio, figuring out whether Im going to cut or bulk. I don't like that bulky feeling. I feel fat and well umcomfortable. I have maxed out my bench at 165. My heaviest bicep curl is 70 pounds. 35 in each arm. My tri's I can do a crap load. Squat well not to sure, but alot more than my weight. I have pretty strong abs. My back is probably weakest part of my body.

Thankyou

whats wrong with 3 creatine supps. I take cellmass and cell tech on different days, no xplode is a pre workout supp. I have money, what do you recommend taking, no xplode and cell mass are good. I don't know too much about cell tech because i don't use it that often. I said in the summer my bodyfat was around 20 or less. Im at about 25 or a little less and no i don't have abs as of right now.
