A question I have been trying to work out for a few days but still cannot come up with an answer so im hoping someone can help me..
How do I work out exactly what nutrients I need on a daily basis.
And when do I need to take them.. I understand protein shakes in the morning pre/post workout and before bed is recommended but I dont know when I should be taking carbs etc?
This is critical in determining exactly what you want. To better answer your question we need to know your current routine and diet as well as your goals. Otherwise we are wasting your time and ours.
i say carbs def in the morning such as oatmeal and whole grains..such as wheat whole grain bread..and some carbs + protein right after a workout..such as milk blended with whey protein, peanutbutter, a banana and supplements..so yummy
